Commerce Department determines that Argentina and Indonesia harmed US biodiesel market

The Commerce Departments preliminary findings have resulted in the determination to place countervailing duties on biodiesel imports from Argentina and Indonesia. Expectations were that these duties would come in the 20% to 30% range, but The Commerce Department surprised many by placing these duties much higher and invoking the Critical circumstance provision on Argentina.
