EU cuts tariffs, reopens biodiesel market to Argentina

  • Duties reduced from 22-25.7% to 4.5-8.1%
  • Duties continue for Indonesia
  • Market in EU opens as market in US closes

Reuters reports that the EU will sharply lower tariffs that have been in place against Argentine biodiesel since November of 2013. Anti-dumping duties of 22% to 25.7% will be reset to 4.5% to 8.1% effective by September 28th
