Animal Proteins – International

Ruminant MBM trading into Indo slid to a range of $440 – 470 CIF this week, down sharply from the previous trading level. Prices are now off $65 from four weeks ago. Sources have reported that big inventories of MBM and SBM combined with fewer birds and lower bean meal prices have pushed the market sharply lower. Trading into China was lower, $470 – 490 CIF.
