Australian and New Zealand fat prices were up over the last week with sources reporting improved demand from Singapore. Sources have also reported some tire kicking from China, but buyers were resistant to the higher levels seen this week. Palm oil continues to offer support with stearin trading out of the Malaysian market at US$700 + this week.
