ANIMAL FATS COMMENTARY

The animal fat markets seem to be on a somewhat slippery slope as markets slip-and- slide lower.  Packer tallow did traded today at 28.5 Chicago, but only for two cars so the price guide will not change…at least today.  There may be unreported trading taking place at the Chicago AFOA conference.  However it feels like the biodiesel industry is taking a wait-and-see approach before buying with all the Yakety-yak…
