ANIMAL PROTEINS

As I dig around in the animal protein market I get the sense that the next move in prices is not up, but as often happens moving into harvest sellers are reluctant to name a price and yet can act incensed when given a low bid.

There was not enough protein volume reported today to change any MBM prices.  There was significant ruminant blood traded at $570 to $650 FOB Origin.
