Trading for ruminant MBM was higher this afternoon, topping out at $230 FOB Panhandle and Mo. River. The Pacific Northwest market sank lower, $190 – 210. While the $230 may be hard for some sellers to get, particularly those with mixed species material, the market should start to see signs of improvement based purely on historical ratios.
