Low Product Stocks Could Lead to Price Spikes

Crude oil prices are continuing to move higher, and it appears that solid demand for products is keeping prices buoyed.  Supply disruptions cause by the temporary reduction in refiner runs following August 25th Hurricane Harvey which made landfall as a Category 4 hurricane.
