Market Activity

Fat trading was mostly sideways today with steady reports in a number of markets. The Southeast and Eastern markets still had some give with a big drop seen in the Delmarva poultry fat market, down $0.05/lb to $0.2100 – 0.2200 delivered. AL/GA trading was down a ½ cent to $0.2100.
