Poultry fat prices continued their slide today with Mid South trading off a penny and the Carolinas market falling to a tighter range of $0.2000 – 0.2050. Yellow grease values were off into the Carolinas as well. Heavy supplies in the eastern market continue to move prices and lower and stories of last minute sales at very low prices are widespread.
