Soybean oil futures lost a little more than 1 1/2 percent on Wednesday on selling across the soybean complex that drove soybean meal futures down about one percent and soybean futures down a little more than 1 1/2 percent. The decline in soybean oil futures occurred despite gains in palm oil futures, which rose about a little more than one percent in the most-active May contract. Canola futures declined about 1/2 percent, pressured by the weakness in soybean oil futures.
