Market Activity

Soybean oil futures were able to rally despite losses in palm oil futures overnight. The most active June palm oil contract was down a little more than 1/2 percent and losses in other contracts were also around 1/2 percent. Palm oil futures were pressured by gains in the ringgit, which rose to the highest level in almost two years.

Canola futures were mixed with the nearby contract down almost 1/4 percent but deferred contracts up almost 1/2 percent….
