News broke today that three Andeavor refineries are being granted a hardship waiver from the EPA for their 2016 RIN compliance. RIN prices fell to a low of $0.6150 today for the 18 D4. The three refineries, in UT and ND, have applied for a 2017 hardship waiver as well, but a decision has not been reported (or possibly reached).
