Trading was very quiet today with buyers on the sidelines or bidding well below the current market. The RIN market continues to keep the market well seasoned with uncertainty and the day closed out at 59 – 59.5 for the B18. Add in news today that lawmakers are considering a blanket RFS exemption for small refineries and the market was eerily quiet.
