Porcine and ruminant MBM prices were flat today. Sellers are seeing some support in the local porcine MBM market via renewed interest in the export market. A rally is unlikely, but improved demand overseas has helped to stabilize the price. Ruminant prices are likely to come off in the coming weeks as more cattle come through the slaughterhouses and buyers push for lower numbers basis lower porcine prices.
