Market Activity

The topside of the ruminant MBM market was lower today out of the Panhandle, topping out at $280 FOB. Good volume was done at $260 FOB Mo. River, but action was seen as high as $290. Ruminant trading was a flat $335 into the Eastern market. Porcine MBM continues to see support from tight supplies. The spread between Mo. River ruminant MBM and Mo. River porcine MBM is at $110 today.
