The 2019 RVOs were released by the EPA today proposing a 19.88 billion gallon mandate for all biofuels, up 3% from 2018 levels. The advanced category was 4.88 billion gallons with biodiesel gallons set at 2.1 billion. The EPA failed to address any reallocation of gallons from the waivers that have been granted.
