Heating Oil Edges Higher Following Large Petroleum Inventory Draw

Heating oil prices were slightly higher Wednesday, as a larger than expected draw across all major products, initially lifted the petroleum complex. Imports continue to be extremely volatile and are whipsawing inventories.  Refiners are edging down utilization rates as the dip in demand, likely due to higher prices at the pump, is necessary due to declining values in margins.
