Market Activity

Trading was reported sideways out of most markets today. Production remains strong for beef and pork products, but thus far prices have hung tight. Packer BFT was offered out of the September position steady this afternoon and was untraded as of press time. 

Yellow grease prices were steady today with no changes reported. Price direction has been suggested in all directions over the last few weeks, with most fairly bearish on the nearby market. The…
