Organic Milk bottle sales are on the rise which reflects rising demand for organic proteins.  The volume of bottle sales has increased to 215 million gallons per month, allowing the 12-week moving average to move to the highest level since January.  The Jacobsen is forecasting that volumes will continue to rise, climbing to 220 million gallons per month by the beginning of 2019.  Organic fluid sales are approximately 40% of the total milk product sales.
