Market Activity

Bloodmeal prices have started to pick up with Mo. River action topping out at $625 today for ruminant material. Porcine traded higher out of the River market as well, topping out at $600. The higher prices today are sign of a sizeable increase in demand given the very strong hog slaughter.

MBM prices, were mostly steady today. Mo. River ruminant trading was up $5 and Panhandle action fell $2.50, on average.
