Soybean export sales for the 2018/19 marketing year were 293.6 TMT, down 33% from last week and 67% below the prior 4-week average.  New crop year sales totaled 2.0 TMT, lifting combined sales to 295.6 TMT. Combined sales were down 33% week over week and below analyst estimates that ranged from 600 to 1,200 TMT. 2018/19 export commitments are 37% of the USDA forecast with 46 weeks to go…
