Market Activity

Eight cars of renderer BFT traded up a ½ cent at $0.2450 Chicago. In recent history the market has seen a penny premium for renderer grade material to packer. Gulf values have typically been on par with Chicago given a similar freight rate for packers moving material into either market. After yesterday’s increase at the Gulf and today’s increase in the renderer market, there in an increase risk for higher prices in the short term for Chicago packer BFT.
