Soybean export sales for the 2018/19 marketing year were 212.7 TMT, down 28% from last week and 72% below the prior 4-week average.  New crop year sales totaled 1.0 TMT, lifting combined sales to 213.7 TMT. Combined sales were down 28% week over week and below analyst estimates that ranged from 300 to 800 TMT. 2018/19 export commitments are 38% of the USDA forecast with 45 weeks to go and need to average…
