Market Activity

Clean up action in the protein market was lower today for most proteins. MBM traded down out of the Mo. River and IL renderer market. Ruminant blood meal moved as low as $475 FOB Mo. River. Feathermeal did trade as high as $500 out of the MN market. Sellers continue to battle with each other to move the heavy supplies into the domestic rations. The result has been a sinking bottom side of the ruminant MBM market.
