Trading was mostly steady today, but there was some action higher in the poultry fat and yellow grease markets. Cold temps and favorable ratios to corn continue to make yellow grease, poultry fat and choice white attractive in feed rations. 

Ethanol production was up 0.58% last week relative to the week prior at 44 mil gal per day. DCO production is up in conjunction with the higher ethanol output, averaging 9.285 million pounds per day. Ethanol…
