Fat values out of the Australian market are mostly unchanged this week with December tenders in progress. Poultry fat did move higher with trading reported AUS$880 – 920 ex works. Sellers are anticipating lower prices basis lower palm values in the coming weeks, but the drop is expected to be limited by tight, holiday-season production.
