Market Activity

Trading was very quiet to close out the week in the protein market. There were reports of higher offers out this week, but buyers seem to feel that they can walk away from higher numbers and still find plenty of supply. The strong slaughter numbers of cattle and hogs would support those ideas as would the static pricing seen this week.
