Market Activity

Trading was quiet in the market today. Many market participants were out, using up unused vacation time before the end of the year.

The tallow market did see steady action on packer material this week. Renderer was offered out steady and untraded, but in limited quantity. Most producers and end users seem to be fairly well bought and sold at the moment and aren’t anticipating any price changes in the short term.
