Organic Sales Continue to Rise

US organic sales continue to experience solid growth, as both proteins and new segments drive revenues. In a recent Nielson study for the 12-months ending November 24, US organic sales surged above 21-billion, which was a 9% increase year over year.  As widely expected, millennials increased spending by 14% year over year.
