Market Activity

Trading in the fat market was quiet today with not a lot of action reported. Feed fats continue to see strength from a favorable ratio to corn. Choice white has certainly seen this with higher prices this week. Tighter production coming out of the holiday has helped as well, but prices may start to run into a ceiling with strong, full week slaughter ahead. The Mo.
