Market Activity

Choice white grease continues to see strength from the feed market with prices moving up in the truck markets. Chicago rail numbers are unchanged with little action reported through that market.

Poultry fat prices were up out of the Mid South with trading done in a range of $0.2600 – 0.2750. Those values lend strength to the Midwestern feed fat markets, creating some arbitrage opportunities for some sellers in the southern parts of the Mo. River market.
