Organic Soybean Meal Prices are Climbing

 

Organic soybean meal prices are moving higher, which is gaining the attention of organic grain merchandisers.  Prices had been creeping up during the tail end of December, and news last week that India would increase sales of soybean meal to Iran by 450K Tons by the fiscal year end which is March, led to an additional jump in prices. Merchandisers have reported that there are still domestic organic soybeans in the ground and recent harvest was less than stellar.
