California’s LCFS credit edged higher, going out $192 bid vs a $193 offer.  $192 traded.  RINs continue to gain ground, with both ethanol and biodiesel RINs closing with gains. The 2019 biodiesel RIN reached a two-week high, settling at 53.75 cents.  RINs could be range bound though, as the EPA has not made a decision on how to handle the small refinery waivers in the…
