Trading was quiet to close out the week.

Ethanol production moved lower last week to 1.031 million bbl/day, down from the 1.051 from the week prior. The year is off to a slower start than 2018 with the first three weeks averaging 1.027 million bbl/day compared to 1.040 in 2018. As stated yesterday, rail cars have a bit of a premium heading into the LCFS eligible producers but local truck trading has been under pressure from slower biodiesel run times. Much…
