Tyson Foods Has Held Talks to Buy Foster Farms for 2-Billion

 

Big news on the merger and acquisition front that could affect the balance of power in the organic feed and protein space. According to David Faber at CNBC, Tyson Foods has held talks to purchase Foster Farms for $2 billion.
