USDA December Crush Data
The US Dept. of Agriculture’s (USDA) December crush data was in line with the data reported earlier by the National Oilseed Processors Association (NOPA) and set a new record high for crushing during the month of December. Per the USDA, 183.56 million bushels of beans were crushed during the month for soybean meal and oil. This resulted in 2.13 billion pounds of oil and 4.01 million tons of meal.
