Sales of food-grade grain products are in high demand globally as “shelter in place” mandates drive the needs for pasta, bread, and cakes. Baking has become entertainment, and stockpiling has become an issue throughout the United States. There appears to be plenty of organic wheat available, and feed grade prices remain depressed close to $6.25-$6.50 according to merchandisers. The issue for consumers is that quarantine measures have made it difficult to transport grain.
