DCO prices strengthen as output, ethanol production decline on week
Prices for US animal fats and oils held steady to higher on Wednesday January 29, with much of the day's trade concentrated in the distiller’s corn oil (DCO) markets.
Both ruminant and porcine MBM prices moved higher today with tight supplies creating a “name your price” environment. Offers for porcine material were out at and above $400 FOB Missouri River today. Strong pet food demand and big export interest have contributed to the higher prices as well.
