Risk for Lower Prices Builds on Threat of Reformulations

Yellow grease prices moved higher out of the Missouri River today on limited supply of feed fat in the spot market. A wider spread to choice white grease out of the Mo. River market has allowed sellers to push prices higher. For the month of April, yellow grease has traded at a relative price to nearby corn of 319 percent.
