Trading will close tomorrow at 12 CT with publication shortly after. 

Three cars of packer grade bleachable fancy tallow (BFT-P) traded higher today after a couple of days of interest at higher prices. Sellers across the country are tight for nearby, on-spec, material with high temps pushing ffa levels higher on a good chunk of material. Renderer grade BFT remains quiet with no bids heard, but supplies tight as well.

Choice white grease prices have increased by 11 percent over the last week. Increased demand from the biodiesel sector and buyers buying in low acid fat to blend with higher acid formulations have contributed to the higher prices. It’s…
