Fields rated good to excellent advance three points to 72 percent and declined by a point to seven percent in the poor to very poor category. On a state level, Illinois saw a 17 percent increase in crops rated good to excellent. Indiana and Kansas were both up more than 10 percent, but Iowa fell by 3.5 percent.
