Choice white grease traded as high as $0.2350 FOB River today as some supply interruptions related to Monday’s storm tighten nearby supply. It’s reasonable to expect upward pressure to build in the Chicago market as a wide spread to BFT and some rail interruptions drive offer prices higher. Through the first half of the month, choice white grease prices out of the Missouri River market have traded closer to the historical average for relative price to corn.
