Organic Corn Prices Continue to Slide Ahead of the New-crop Harvest

Organic corn prices in the north east of the US and Canada are continuing to ease. A recent report transaction slipped below the $300 per short-ton level for spot organic corn (#2 or better) according to merchandisers. At $8.26 per bushel in the north east of the United States and Canada, it puts prices near the $6.25/$6.50 level in the mid-west picked up.
