Choice white grease prices moved higher today out of the Missouri River on strong biodiesel and feed demand as well as interest from traders. A heat wave across much of the Midwest is causing issues with quality as well, which has tightened the amount of in-spec material available on choice white grease as well as bleachable fancy tallow. The bid at $0.3200 Chicago for renderer BFT was out again today with no trading confirmed as of press time.
