2021 to be Busy Year for EPA Regardomg Biofuel

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) missed a Nov. 30 statutory deadline to announce the quantity of renewable fuel the nation’s refiners would be required to blend with transportation fuel next year.  Missing the deadline was not unexpected as EPA has failed to release the initial proposal submitted to the White House Office of Management and Budget in June.
