Ruminant MBM Moves Higher on Strong Pure Beef Market

The top side of the ruminant MBM market moved higher today, trading as high as $330 FOB Mo. River and Texas Panhandle. The lower end of the market was steady at $250. Mixed species material has been reported in a range of $250 – 280 with some above and below, but most fixed in that range. Pure beef 50 pro packer material is trading in a range of $300 – 330 FOB.
