Imports in Pennsylvania are closer to $850 while domestic meal crushed from domestic beans is trading near $900. Organic soybean meal is trading between $690 per metric ton and $730 per metric ton FOB India. The freight to Baltimore has put a significant bid under organic soybean meal prices. Prices at the port are now 880 per short ton customs cleared, and if you want transloading on to a truck, the price is closer to $930 per short ton. The price for imports in Baltimore continues to trend higher.
