Biodiesel output strong in Q2; producers start locking in Q3-Q4 sales
A second producer echoed this sentiment and said they have had to work a bit harder to secure feedstock to line it up with sales at the right time.

Regional biodiesel reporting as well as The Jacobsen B100 Index will be removed in favor of additional biodiesel and renewable diesel price points. Renewable Diesel (cents/gal) California LA will be eliminated along with Biodiesel LA CA dlvd ($/MT). International reporting will be adjusted to better reflect both the Renewable Diesel and Biodiesel Market.
Crude and Refined Glycerine Prices Steady
Market participants are stating that both crude and refined supply is hard to find. Throw in the cold-snap across much of the US, and supply is becoming even more scarce as many plants are being forced offline due to the cold and blackouts. Some traders have said that despite the tight market, prices are not yet moving higher.
