Feathermeal (FM) prices traded lower again this week as sellers continue to cut prices in an effort to move volume. Soybean meal (SBM) continues to trade higher at the CME, which is improving the value of feathermeal in rations. Sources have suggested that much of the downward pressure in the market is a result of shipping difficulties tied to container shortages, especially in the Eastern parts of the US in recent weeks.
